
Not dramatically...quietly.
In all the ways that have become normal.
The over-functioning.
The prentending.
The shrinking.
The emotional armour.
The "I'm fine" when you're not.
The carrying everything alone kinda way.
Because turning 55 deserves more than a supermarket cake and a polite Facebook post.
Five years ago, I turned 50 during a global pandemic.
The years that followed cracked a lot of things open.
Some beautifully.
Some painfully.
This year is different.
Because I am different.
Over the last few years, I've taken more than 30 years of coaching, mentoring, training and lived experience and formally qualified for it.
I deepened my work around identity, relationships, nervous system patterns and emotional abandonment, which allows me to help people reconnect with themeselves without shame, performance or pretending.

Honestly?
Quite a lot.
